I REALISED IMMEDIATELY AFTER FAILURE IS ONLY SUCCESS

My name is G R Sesha Sahai, from India and was working with an reputed MNC Automobile company as an Export Assistant - In charge for complete customs and bank documentation ( A to Z of activities) and I have really worked up myself for 24 years amazingly from 1979 to 2003.

My real story:
I worked in a very well reputed MNC company and I was really very happy, but in spite of so much stress for need for an extra money / income, I have very happily and satisfactorily worked in the same organisation for about 24 years and managed all my financial needs. Of late after the year 2000, the company had introduced their first VRS many of my colleagues had availed and left the organisation. The minor community left in the workplace of esteemed organisation, where I worked had many problems between individuals ( Top Executive to a office boy) and no values for their morals and every one started hating themselves under mental suppression instead of living in an tangible positive environment, started talking politics of the country where their role is no where connected. I am a self loving person, right from my child hood (my father taught me to like and love for self first then others)and under this severe de-moral activities of the staff (including my so called boss) I was not able to live in this atmosphere and suffering, therefore I left work in August 2003 under VRS scheme, against my own conscious tolerated beyond limit (because of the rotten atmosphere created by the existing co.employees and made a mess of the working system) in spite of love, high regards to the owner of the Company (CMD, MD, ED, VP etc) I sat at home for 1 month and got a break-through job at the age of 53 in Nov-2003 itself - As an office in another MNC company for their export dept. Now after working over for one year, I got another job in a proprietorship company as a Branch Manager and now doing well in their organisation.

Now I am living with my wonderful wife and beautiful daughter since Oct-2003, after so much frustration in my earlier company. This frustration is artificially created ( Owner of the company is no way involved) I was very miserable and then God help me to find new work in a very small company with high respect with lower salary than before but encouraged me back on my positive path of great living. My sentiments about work is not only about money, but many things integrated with the love of people and a staff of value with the outer world too. This is what I liked since last 25 years.

Now I cannot describe and explain to you the taste of my sadness and I see my colleagues continue with their dirty attitudes with the rest of their colleagues. I only thank GOD and my present employer to be out the junk with my earlier colleagues and now I am wondering how I worked with them for 25 years.
Once again I thank GOD (including my well wishers) for releasing me out of such horrible mess.
