Life as a Single Working Mom

Hi my name is Lisa Moss, and I'm a single parent raising my two children on my own. Most of my life growing up in a single parent family made me an independent person. I have worked in retail most of my life and raising my two children on my own, but have come to realize anything is possible when you are determined to make it. Now that my daughter is grown up and on her own and working two jobs,and I have a 7 year old son with disabilities and have spent the last two years without work I have decided to get a degree where I can better myself,and my family so here I am taking an online college course after being out of school for 25years I need to get a degree to better life for all of us. So I am determined to go through with college and make a career that will always be in demand. So my advice is to everyone out there raising your children on your own you can do it and make something out of your life to better yourself in life. |
