One Step Beyond

by catherine

At my work in order to show appreciation we submit a 'one step beyond' note to our line manager stating an instance where one of our colleagues has done something that has gone beyond our customer and team expectations. It may be overlooked by management but, noticed by team members. The recipient may be rewarded by a voucher to spend however they wish, cinema tickets or flowers and chocolates, etc.
It is also announced in front of the team.
