Taking actions that do not implicate

by EDDY
(CAMEROON)

I started working in a firm and the daily complain I get from my boss is "I always come into my office to find my folders displaced and sometimes, documents just don't exists."

My colleagues repeated this to me too.

I took to keeping the office permanently locked whenever he steps out of his office and that solved the problem totally and completely.

Well, I had to answer some questions when he came in and I had to rush to get the door opened. It was clear from the beginning he doubted my decision.

I am happy now that he's gained a lot of confidence in me because it just worked so perfectly. I think it greatly solved his problems and he does not have to worry about little things that matter.
