Monday Blues: How To Deal With ItYou are already feeling the Monday blues and it’s only Sunday. You are not alone in this. Millions of people feel the same way you do. So how do you deal with it? 1. It’s A Concept I liken it to feeling an itch that I cannot scratch. If you think about the itch, the itchier it becomes.
